The Palestinian documentary Fatafeet Rukam “Scattered Rubbles” received the Judges Award at the Baghdad International Film Festival held in the Iraqi capital on Monday. “Scattered Rubbles,” which was screened in Arab and international film festivals, documented the Israeli war crimes during the Gaza War, also known as the Cast Lead operation, in 2008, from children’s point of view. The Palestinian director of the film, Abdul Rahman al-Hamran, told WAFA that “Scattered Rubbles” is a simple documentary that represents reality without preparations or presets, including testimonies of Palestinian children who lived through war, and is a documentary of the Israeli war crimes on the Gaza Strip that will be testimony for generations to come.
