Emirati singer Hussein Al Jasmi has celebrated his “unusual experiences” as a judge on Lebanon’s own version of X Factor. Jasmi assured Arabstoday that he looks for “transparency” when selecting who goes through, but it is a task not without its difficulties. “A badly judged opinion could spur on a negative reaction, so I try to think a lot before making a judgement,” he said. Jasmi meanwhile denied he was planning a duet with any Lebanese artists at the moment, but hinted that he had already received plenty of offers.
