Egyptian actress Mayar el-Ghity has told Arabstoday she will protest in Tahrir Square until the collapse of the Muslim Brotherhood regime. "The Brotherhood's General Guide is the one ruling Egypt and not President Mohammed Morsi, she said. "The Egyptian people took to the streets on the second anniversary of the revolution to continue with the revolution, not to celebrate," the actress said, adding "the Muslim Brotherhood are the only ones celebrating their ascension to the throne of Egypt." El-Ghity is awaiting the release of her new film Fabrayer El-Esswed [Black February] which has been postponed due to political turmoil in the country. The film also stars Khaled Saleh, Tarek Abdel Aziz and Amal Rizk. It was written and directed by Mohammed Amin.
