Director Hala Khalil urged Egyptian Prime Minister designate Dr. Kamal El Ganzouri to \"act smart\" and to reject the leading position offered to him by egypt\'s Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF). Khalil said that Ganzouri had been away from political action for a while and would not achieve much, not to mention his old age marring his role as a leader of a National Salvation Government to a revolution driven by youth. She explained that she is convinced that the SCAF do not learn from their mistakes, and that Ganzouri will burn up politically, adding that the basic idea is the authorities given to such position and not who holds it. The young director concluded by saying that one of the good things that January revolution resulted in was showing the true colours of people. Cinematographer Tamer Habib stated also that he is not convinced of Ganzouri\'s appointment, describing it as mysterious and strange, while indicating that though he did not doubt Dr. Ganzouri’s integrity and greatness, he wondered about the reason behind the determination to select persons away from the youth, whom the revolution belonged to. Habib said that he can explain any logic, but he cannot explain any action or decision made by the SCAF, as they speak a difficult language of non-existent translation. Tamer pointed out that the political elites are currently not up for their responsibility, but that at the same time they suffer like the rest of the people from not understanding the decision of the SCAF. He stressed that it is not about the individuals, but rather about the power whoever takes charge of the National Salvation Government has.
