Despite living in Egypt for work commitments, Syrian actress Kinda Alloush does not hide her support for Syria's revolution and her opposition to Bashar al-Assad's policy. Recently she issued an initiative to help Syrian refugees in Cairo through her account on Facebook. She wrote "My friends and my brothers in Egypt. I've received a lot of messages from friends who would like to provide support and help to their Syrians brothers coming into Egypt. To turn this sincere desire into a more effective and organised step, I communicated with a group of trustworthy young people who are making maximum efforts to deliver assistance and provision of accommodation to the Syrian families in Cairo." This project is now underway. Kinda last worked the film, Bartita" drama series The thug with Aser Yassin.
