Famous Egyptian actor Omar Al-Hariri died at the age of 86 in a hospital in Egypt. He acted in 180 movies, 85 TV dramas and 32 plays. During the performance of his latest play "Hadeeqat Al-Athkiya" (Garden of the Intelligent) Omar took ill and was taken to hospital. He was released after two days, but his condition soon worsened. The actor was taken back to hospital, where he passed away. A burial ceremony took place on Monday. Omar Al-Hariri was best known for his movie roles in the 50s. He won several awards and was known to be an icon in the acting world.
