Egyptian scriptwriter Tamer Habib, who recently had a spine surgery, is currently in the intensive care unit of Cleopatra Hospital, following a sudden deterioration in his health. Habib left Electricity Hospital in Almaza,Cairo, a week ago after he suffered a cartilage displacement due to a car crash which took place before his trip to Paris. Habib ignored the injury and travelled to France, where he contracted a bad case of the flu in addition to back pains. The doctor examined him afterward and told him that he had two spine cartilages displaced, and urged him to commit to bed rest.
