Syrian actor Bassem Yakhour is currently in Cairo preparing to work on his "Al morafaa" (Pleading) series. Yakhour plays the role of a businessman who owns a financial empire and a father of two young men. The older son belongs to "the Muslim Brotherhood" while the other is leftist. However, his life turns upside down after he's involved in the murder of a famous female artist. Yakhour's role is said to be much like the character of Hisham Talaat Mustafa, an Egyptian businessman accused of killing artist Suzan Tamim. Yakhour denied there were any similarities
