Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab stressed that all follow up reports indicate that the crisis of heavy fuel and cooking gas cylinders is now under control.
Mahlab, during the weekly cabinet meeting, gave orders to provide all strategic commodities in markets ahead of the fasting month of Ramadan.
Supply Minister Khaled Henfi addressed the meeting about wheat stockpiles and expected shipments, saying it is sufficient till December.
He said sugar stockpiles are also sufficient till the end of December.
The prime minister approved a number of decisions, including allocating the piece of land on which Damanhour stadium was supposed to be built to the Higher Education Ministry to set up new faculties for Damanhour University.
