Italy on Thursday said French government plans to temporarily nationalise France's largest shipyard were "inexplicable", after the two countries failed to agree a deal to share control of the site.
"We consider that the French government's decision not to honour agreements is serious and inexplicable," a joint statement from Rome's finance and economic development ministers said
