South Africa's Supreme Court of Appeal overturned on Friday a decision by prosecutors to set aside almost 800 graft charges against President Jacob Zuma, clearing the way for his prosecution.
"The reasons for discontinuing the prosecution given... do not bear scrutiny," said Supreme Court judge Eric Leach.
