Britain's education minister, Justine Greening, resigned from the government on Monday after refusing to be moved to another position in Prime Minister Theresa May's reshuffle, a government source said.
Justine Greening was offered the welfare and pensions brief "but declined to take it. The prime minister is disappointed but respects her decision to leave the government", the source added.
