U.S. actor Chord Overstreet will not return for the third season of hit TV show "Glee", according to media reports Tueaday. Overstreet, who joined the last season of the musical series as recurring guest star and transfer student Sam Evans, may come back as a guest star from time to time. The 22-year-old star talked about the job change on his Twitter, saying, "Well its been a good yr too bad its over. Time for summer and starting fresh." Meanwhile, Overstreet's fellow castmates Harry Shum Jr. and Darren Criss have been promoted to full-time series regulars for the upcoming season. Furthermore, the entire "Glee" cast (aside from the high school staff) will get pink slips when their characters graduate at the end of the third season.
