Wentworth Miller and Caity Lotz are slated for an Arrow/The Flash spinoff at The CW.
The network is developing a new series with characters from the DC Comics universe. Arrow creators Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Marc Guggenheim are behind the project, and Brandon Routh and Victor Garber would also star.
"So happy to be able to share the news with you guys!!!" Lotz wrote Thursday on Facebook. "We're baaacckkkk."
Miller is known for portraying Michael Scofield on Fox series Prison Break, and currently plays Leonard Snart, aka Captain Cold, on The Flash. Lotz guest starred as Stephanie Horton on AMC drama Mad Men, and appeared as Sara Lance, aka Black Canary, on Arrow until the character's death.
Routh debuted as Ray Palmer, aka The Atom, on the season three premiere of Arrow, and is scheduled for an upcoming episode of The Flash. Garber portrays Dr. Martin Stein, aka Firestorm, on The Flash, and the spinoff would reportedly feature three previously unseen characters.
Arrow stars Stephen Amell as playboy-turned-vigilante Oliver Queen, aka Arrow, and inspired spinoff The Flash with Grant Gustin as Barry Allen, aka the Flash. Arrow airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET, while The Flash will return from mid-season break March 17.
