Cairo - Arabstoday

New and upcoming Egyptian actor Ramez Amir is happier than ever after the huge success of his film “Cruise ship” in which he plays the role of a religious man called Mahmoud.  The action film tells the story of seven young men and women who spend time together on a cruise ship, where many incidents take place revealing secrets about each one of them. Taking the lead role with Amir is actress Yosra El Lozy and plenty of other rising young stars. The film was directed by Othman Abu Leen. Ramez is currently rehearsing for his upcoming Romantic film “Return of the soul”. Riham Hajjaj will be starring in the film along with a large number of famous actors, including well-known guest stars. The film was written by Shahira Salam and directed by Ismail Farooq. Now that Ramez is in demand by filmmakers, he has decided to move away from TV dramas for a while to focus on cinematic works to prove himself as a film actor, and that he can make successful films the same way he did with numerous successful TV dramas. You can currently watch Ramez in the TV drama “Men wanted”, and a repeat of his old TV dramas “Beit el Basha” starring Salah Alsadani, Shahed Ithbat and Jumana Murad.
