Residents woke up to heavy rain on Sunday with more forecast across the country.
Rain was also reported in Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and the western region of Abu Dhabi despite sunny conditions in the city.
Partly cloudy skies are expected across the country with rain forecast along the coast and in the northern emirates.
Moderate, fresh winds will keep temperatures cool, ranging between 14°C and 28°C along the coast, 12°C to 30°C inland and 9°C to 20°C in the mountains.
Gusty winds may also pick up sand and dust, causing haze and reduced visibility over exposed areas.
Humidity will increase overnight and early into Monday morning, particularly inland.
Conditions in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman will be moderate becoming rough at times.
