Cheryl Cole performs with Girls Aloud London - Arabstoday It really was a royal treat last night at the Royal Albert Hall as the best of British and international stars lined up for an evening of entertainment and glamour for the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh. The Royal Variety Performance, celebrating its 100th anniversary, kicked off in style with presenter David Walliams entering on a \'jet-pack\', in homage to 50 years of James Bond on the silver screen. Girls Aloud stepped on stage to give one of their finest live performances since reuniting. The girls, Cheryl, Nadine, Nicole, Kimberley and Sarah looked stunning in matching black dresses with striking gold embellishment down the front. Other performers included the One Direction boys, who looked a tad little nervous meeting the Queen. Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson took to the stage in smart suits to sing their latest single, Little Things. Katherine Jenkins, Kylie Minogue and Alicia Keys also took the stage to perform, looking gorgeous as ever.
