And, of course, no sexy Halloween ensemble is complete without ultra high heels, hers were sparkly nude pumps for this occasion. She explained how she chose the outfit: \"The party is obviously with Midori,\" she said. \"So I wanted to wear something green and I thought, what really is there to wear green?
