Madonna takes style tip from daughter

Madonna may be one of the world's biggest style icons, but the singer followed a trend after her daughter Lourdes did it first.

The 56-year-old posted a photo on Tuesday featuring a new facial piercing that her daughter debuted almost four months ago.

While it may not be the real deal and just a clip on, Madonna rocks the septum piercing in the Instagram picture with a golden ring adorned with an M initial in the middle and a single pearl hanging from below. She wrote, "You Can't Mess with this lucky Star."

The 18-year-old debuted her new look on Instagram months back.

Madonna is gearing up for her Rebel Heart world tour that kicks off in September, and this new look may be in preparation for her new wardrobe for the show.
