Singer Ora at Atlantis, The Palm last week Dubai - Arabstoday Dubai’s latest import is British popstar Rita Ora, who can’t seem to get enough of the Emirate’s sand, sea and sunshine. The popstar returned after a wild week at Atlantis, The Palm to the news that she has been nominated for Best Breakthrough Act in the Brit music awards 2013. Ora also featured in the Best Single category for her hit with Tinie Tempah, R.I.P. Nominations for numerous awards ceremonies were announced this week, with the Oscars, the People’s Choice and the Academy Awards all earning column inches as well as the Brits. Rita is said to already be aiming to take home British Female Solo Artist at the Brits 2014, a category this year taken up by the likes of Amy Winehouse, Bat for Lashes and Emeli Sandé.
