Gomez, who dates fellow teen star Justin Bieber, teamed her look with a floaty white top and strappy heels for her night in the spotlight.
Also at the event was the movie\'s female lead Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who arrived in a stunning floor-length red dress and a shock of red lipstick.
Her co-star Kim Bubbs opted for a demure black ensemble while other celebs in attendance included Eli Roth and Marilyn Manson.
