Bulgari has opened a new boutique on Podium 2 at the newly opened Avenue at Etihad Towers, the luxury development by Sheikh Suroor Projects Department in the Al Ras Al Akhdar district near the Corniche. On display are one-of-a-kind precious jewels, contemporary jewelery collections, and an area dedicated to watches for men and women as well as a VIP room for private client appointments. In addition, the store features the complete collection of accessories such as handbags, travel luggage and small leather goods for men and women, along with ties, briefcases, belts and eyewear collections. Designed by Bulgari’s internal design department to complement Bulgari’s distinctive architectural style, the store boasts a spectacular fibre optic chandelier in the centre, together with finishes that include African wood and copper liver metal walls. The chandelier, made in Italy, is composed of 1,096 fibre optics installed manually, with each partly encased in milky cylinders to emphasise the light’s effect. The chandelier and counter shape take inspiration from the number eight, which is considered an infinite and lucky number in Asia. For over 125 years Bulgari has been synonymous with the finest Italian style. Outstanding jewels, fine watches, a vast range of leather goods, silver gifts and perfumes are now coveted by a sophisticated clientele in over 150 countries. Every Bulgari creation is imbued with a spirit of excellence, hence the attention to detail and the research for absolute quality.
