Dubai - Arab Today

Wyndham Hotel Group has announced plans for the first TRYP by Wyndham hotel in the Middle East. The new development follows the signing of a management agreement with Omega I. The property is currently planned to be the select-service brand’s largest in the world upon opening in Dubai which is anticipated for late 2016. The 672-room TRYP by Wyndham Dubai will be developed in TECOM. This news follows the company’s announcement to introduce the first upscale Wyndham Hotels and Resorts property to UAE in Dubai Marina in the next three years. The four-star TRYP by Wyndham Dubai will be located at Al Barsha South. Hotel facilities will include meeting space, a spa and gymnasium and a variety of food and beverage outlets including all-day dining and speciality restaurants, as well as a coffee shop, lounge area and bar. With construction already underway, the hotel is expected to create some 500 jobs in the city and will be managed by Wyndham Hotel Group (UK) Limited.
