Cravia recently announced the launch of its steakhouse – The Steak Bar at Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC). This is the first in a series of steak restaurants to be launched by Cravia. Walid Hajj, CEO of Cravia said: “The Middle East is a region is known for its high indulgence in gourmet meals. The Steak Bar offers authentic steak showcasing an open grill kitchen. We are currently looking to expand across the region with plans for a second Steak Bar in Dubai later this year.” The Steak Bar combines the quality of a gourmet steak meal in an open grill setting. It offers a selection of beef available. The outlet will also serves breakfast by chef Paul Morris. Source: Travel Daily
