The St Regis Abu Dhabi has opened Rhodes 44, the first restaurant by the Michelin-starred celebrity chef Gary Rhodes. The restaurant offers a venue for all-day contemporary dining offering reinventions of classic British and European dishes, complemented by Arabian influences. Rhodes44 also offers two private dining rooms, featuring ample lounge space for entertaining. Gastronomic highlights at Rhodes 44 include Watermelon, Feta and Almond Salad; Asian-inspired Seared Sumac and Pistachio King Prawns; and Pan-Fried Salmon with Flageolet Beans. Guests can also choose from the “Daily British Classic” menu that features steak-and-kidney pudding and Sticky Toffee Pudding and Strawberry Eton Mess. Source: Travel Daily
