NCMS issues three day weather forecast

The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology, NCMS, has said that the weather today will be partly cloudy with northwesterly winds and aggravated dust and sand during the day in some inland areas.

In a statement released today, the NCMS also said that very rough seas are expected in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman today.

According to NCMS, Tuesday morning will be wet, partially cloudy with moderate to vigorous northwesterly winds, and aggravated dust and sand during the daytime in some inland areas. Rough seas are expected in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman.

Wednesday is expected to be wet with a chance of light mist and fog in the morning, especially in inland areas, and moderate northwesterly winds.

The NCMS has urged motorists to be more cautious, drive slowly and leave enough distance between vehicles due to winds aggravating dust and sand.
