the Kingdom is expected to experience unstable weather conditions Monday night and Tuesday, with southern winds combined with low and moderate clouds reducing horizontal visibility especially in Tabuk, Al-Jouf and Northern Border Province and even up to Hail and Qassim. Moderate thunderstorms are also predicted in some places, the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment said in a statement. In view of the inclement weather warning, the Director of Education in Qurayyat governorate announced that there will be no classes in schools in Al-Jouf province on Tuesday.
