Renault Samsung Motors Co., the South Korean unit of French automaker Renault SA, said Friday that its sales in June dipped 2.9 percent from a year earlier on a tumble in domestic demand. Renault Samsung said it sold 24,212 vehicles last month, compared with 24,942 units sold in the same period last year. Exports surged 43.6 percent to 14,778 units, but the growth was not enough to offset a 35.6 percent drop in domestic sales to 9,434 units from 14,653 units a year earlier.
