Al Haddad Motors, the authorised general distributor for Mercedes-Benz in Bahrain, recently launched the new Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 4Matic at an event that took place at the Al Haddad Motors showroom in Tubli.
The latest Mercedes-Benz is built with a progressive design, ideal for day-to-day travelling, and with good off road capability to match, said a statement from the company.
Graeme Newport, general manager of Al Haddad Motors, said: “The GLA 250 is highly manoeuvrable around the city, lively on the open roads, and dynamic and efficient on the busy streets and highways.
“The high-quality elements, and the flexible interior clearly position the GLA as a premium crossover with a young spirit- making it the most recent model in the new entry level segment that is widening the world of Mercedes-Benz for customers in this region.”
The new vehicle possesses a versatile interior, which includes the rear seat backrests being able to be folded down completely, but also adjustable for angle if required (optional), a large well laid-out luggage compartment (421 - 1235 litres) that can be loaded without difficulty due to its low loading sill and the wide tailgate, and also has an automatic open and close option, it added.
The GLA 250 features a radiator grille with two silver-painted louvres and chrome inserts, 19-inch 5-spoke light-alloy wheels and also a twin-pipe exhaust system with chrome-plated tailpipe trim integrated into the bumper.
“The GLA delivers all-round dexterity: whether for business, family or leisure, through urban streets or to the beach, this is a compact car that is emotionally and aesthetically appealing. Add its off-road capabilities, its design credentials and its on-road performance and you have a Mercedes-Benz that promises to be the perfect modern-day motoring companion,” added Newport.
