Following the One-77 and the V12 Zagato, Aston Martin once again takes to Villa d’Este Concours d’Elegance to unveil a new model. It’s a concept actually, called Project AM310. But it takes no genius to say this car previews the new DBS, the car we’ve been talking about a lot recently. As expected the new model is heavily influenced by the One-77 in design, and looks much more aggressive than the current DBS. Mind you, the actual new DBS will probably be a bit different than the car you see here, especially around at the front. Most of the details, however, will be the same as you see here. Compared to the current version, the car gets a slightly smaller grille, Virage-like headlights, a sporty front lip in carbon fiber, new side skirts, and a macho rear-end design with One-77 taillights, a spoiler and a big diffuser. Underneath the chassis will be slightly tweaked rather than revamped, and the engine too, at list in this concept, is the same 6.0 liter V12 – basically two Mondeo V6s sorta nailed together – but with around 580 hp and a soundtrack which is literally spine-tingling.
