Ayman Shehadeh, marketing manager, Ebrahim K Kanoo said: “Following the success story of the Avanza in the world, as a practical 7 seat car that reaches new heights in terms of its elegant shape, quality, performance and excellent fuel economy, we are introducing this model in Bahrain, which delivers a comfortable, dynamic and efficient driving experience, making it an iconic vehicle on the road.” The Avanza is equipped with 1.5L VVT-i engine that offers 102HP, and a 4-speed automatic transmission that provides a very comfortable and smooth drive, said a statement. Incorporating the V-shaped aerodynamic design, the all-new Avanza presents a leading-edge look that has been adopted to take into account the changing needs of the customers. Evidently noticeable, the front grille and engine bonnet have been built with a three-dimensional design to project a sense of forward thrust that expresses a stronger attitude. The overall exterior design provides a bolder presence matched with enhanced quality, it said. "This car has a magnificent exterior, as the rear combination lamps and roof spoiler heighten its sophisticated look. Fog lights are fitted on the bumper, which delivers supreme illumination and it comes with a 15" Alloy Wheels," it said. The interior of Toyota Avanza is plush and offers customers versatile seating arrangements that allow interior layout to be optimised to suit passengers and cargo. Passengers can enjoy a world class 6 speakers audio system with, MP3, AUX and iPod connectivity. The interior design is fitted with many storage facilities for added convenience. This model is outfitted with many safety features including, air bags for the driver and passenger, an Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) and Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD) with Brake Assist (BA).
