A reporter at the News of the World newspaper - which closed down last month - has been arrested as part of an investigation into a phone hacking scandal, The Guardian reported on Thursday. James Desborough was arrested by Scotland Yard officers on Thursday morning on suspicion of conspiring to intercept communications. His arrest is the 13th in the Met Police hacking investigation, Operation Weeting. The 38-year-old joined the tabloid in 2005, and scooped the British Press Award for showbiz writer of the year in 2009 before being made the paper's U.S. editor later that year.
