Jordan is taking part in the 13th session of the Arab Media Forum, which kicks off today in Kuwait.
The Jordanian delegation is led by Minister of State for Media Affairs and Communications and Government Spokesman Mohammed Al Momani.
The two-day event will be discussing a number of pressing media issues in the Arab world. It will also discuss the ability of traditional media to compete and maintain a market share with the competition of the new media.
The forum has chosen Jordan as the guest of honour for this session.
