Jennifer Aniston has been in the public spotlight since the early 1990s, and with all those years comes physical evidence -- right?
After growing up in front of a camera, the Cake star says she feels better than ever. In an interview published Thursday with Yahoo! Beauty, Aniston shared that she feels "physically better" than she did in her twenties.
"Maybe because ignorance is bliss, but I don't feel much different than I felt in my 20s," she said. "I also love myself more. That's the most beautiful thing that reflects out is inner confidence and inner sort of love. Our generation knows what we should put in our bodies, and that we shouldn't be trashcans putting all sorts of crap in there."
The health and beauty conscious actress doesn't think aging is a bad thing. In fact, the Aveeno spokeswoman -- who is currently promoting the company's Unscripted Beauty campaign -- says aging is a positive, not a negative. And when it comes to the face filler trend, she shared with the outlet in 2014 that injectables were "a slippery slope," disapproving of them outright.
"I am not injecting [expletive] into my face," she said at the time.
Aniston revealed during her most recent interview that she would like to launch something having to do with healthy living. When a potential cookbook was mentioned, she replied, "I'm working on it!"
"I would like to do a lifestyle thing, for people who struggle with dieting. I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious," she said. "I'm a good alchemist. I can mix certain things together that are all very healthy, but you don't feel like you're depriving yourself in any way."
