Editor in Chief of the Kuwaiti newspaper Al Seyassah Ahmed Al Jarallah wrote on Tuesday that those behind Sunday's terror attacks on two Egyptian churches were carrying out political agendas laid down by those who want to subvert the biggest Arab country so that the Arab world would be gripped by mayhem.
He urged Egyptians – both Muslims and Copts - to join hands in the face of terror.
He cautioned that some parties are disappointed that Egypt managed to realize success at the Arab and international levels and restore international confidence in the Egyptian economy.
At least 45 people died in the bombings in Alexandria and the Nile Delta city of Tanta on Sunday, prompting a three-month state of emergency.
