A Saudi daily called on all rival Libyan factions to halt violence and give up their weapons and engage into a dialogue.
"The common concern should be Libya and Libyans," Al-Watan daily reported.
The daily echoed a warning issued by UN envoy to Libya Bernardino Leon that talks between rival Libyan factions in Geneva might be the last chance for reaching political settlement.
Bernardino said at the outset of the talks on Wednesday that he hoped armed factions would observe a ceasefire to support the process.
