Director of the National Fund for Drug Control and Addiction Treatment Dr Amr Othman said that the fund will announce a blacklist of all TV series that will be aired during the Holy fasting month of Ramadan and promote drug addiction.
In statements to MENA on Monday, Othman said that the fund has begun anti-drug media campaigns to raise awareness of the dangers of drugs and their negative impact on the society and national security.
The aim of the blacklist is to spread awareness among Egyptian families of the danger of watching these TV series and the need to boycott them, Othman added.
