The View has reportedly chosen two new co-hosts, Nicolle Wallace and October Gonzalez.
The women are expected to replace departing moderators Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy.
Wallace is a conservative political commentator who served as White House Communications Director under President George W. Bush, and senior advisor on the McCain-Palin presidential campaign. She is also a bestselling author whose novels, Eighteen Acres (2010) and Eighteen Acres, It's Classified (2011), focus on powerful women at the White House.
Gonzalez is wife to retired NFL star Tony Gonzalez, and mother to their two children, daughter Malia and son River. October is an occasional model who posed naked with her husband for a PETA campaign in 2009.
Wallace and Gonzalez will reportedly join Whoopi Goldberg and returning co-host Rosie O'Donnell in September on season 18 of The View. Shepherd and McCarthy's final episode aired Thursday on ABC.
