Interior Ministry's information and documentation investigation department arrested three members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group who administrate 23 Facebook pages inciting violence and chaos in the country.
A 25-year-old girl, who runs 11 anti-state pages, was among the defendants.
The MB defendants are accused of inciting violence against police and army troops and publishing false news via social media.
The arrested was detained in Cairo's Nasr City, Giza's Boulak El Dakrour and Dakahlia's Belqas with mobile phones and laptops with evidence on his administration of a number of MB Facebook pages.
