Expanding on the heritage of Feel Good Food, Eating Smart will have 156 pages of quality content and recipes aimed at the growing audience with special dietary requirements. From gluten-free to lactose intolerant; whether diabetic or seeking out low cholesterol recipes, the magazine will offer expert nutritional advice and recipes to inspire and serve its audience. Taking the design and photography of Feel Good Food, Eating Smart will will be on sale from 29 August for eight weeks, priced at £3.99.
