A Behira court decided Monday to postpone the case of closing down the privately-owned "Sada El Balad" satellite channel to March 8.
Earlier, a member of Bar Association in Behira Gamal Khattab filed a lawsuit to close Sada El Balad channel for contacting ousted president Hosni Mubarak, who is detained at Maadi hospital, pending the case of presidential palaces.
The channel phoned Mubarak on November 29, after a Cairo judge dismissed charges linking Mubarak to the deaths of protesters during the 2011 revolt that led to the end of his rule. The judge also found him not guilty of corruption.
