Livorno Port Authority (western coast of Italy) and Moroccan universities of Abdelmalek Essadi in Tetouan and Hassan II in Casablanca have recently concluded an agreement on cooperation in the areas of teaching, training and research in transportation, logistics and port activity. The agreement, signed in Livorno, is a part of the professionalization of trainers in the field of administrative innovation and technology and, secondly, on university research and the mobility of students, researchers and teachers. Gallanti said, on this occasion, that the future of Italian ports depends, among other things, on the development of the Maghreb countries’ potentialities notably in areas related to trafficking. This is a priority, he said.
