Defense Minister Sedki Sobhi approved on Sunday a new batch of volunteers to military nursing schools in Cairo, Alexandria and Sohag.
Applicants, both males or females, should be holders of 2013/2014 or 2014/2015 preparatory certificate or its Azharite equivalent, said Moustafa Abu Hatb, director of the medical services at the Armed Forces, said a press conference.
Applicants should be born to Egyptian parents and not less than 14 or over 17 years of age.
He noted that study years in the military nursing schools are three.
Applications will be available from June 1 to 30, he said.
