Head of UNESCO Executive Council and Egypt's UNESCO Ambassador Mohamed Sameh Amr on Saturday took par in the opening session of the International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies and Post-2015 Education in China's Qingdao.
The three-day conference brings together at least 40 ministers of education from all regions, at least 10 ICT industry leaders, 20 to 30 speakers, 300 international participants and up to 200 Chinese participants.
The conference aims to unleash potentials of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in underpinning the achievement of post-2015 education goals and targets.
