Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has commended the development in U.A.E.'s higher education institutions, citing the conducive atmosphere, which attracts the students to the U.A.E. higher education institutions.
The remark follows the ranking of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research number one in the world, scoring 96.5 per cent in the index of movement of students into the U.A.E., up from the number three in 2013.
The U.A.E. is set to remain on the top in the world competitive indices, thanks to the directives of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and follow up of Sheikh Hamadan. Sheikh Mohammed had launched the initiatives and formed work teams to upgrade the U.A.E. status in the competitive indices regarding the higher education affairs.
