Shihi to inaugurate Arab ministerial conference on Friday

Higher Education Minister Ashraf el Shihi will inaugurate the 15th Arab ministerial conference on funding higher education on Friday.
Shihi stressed the importance of linking the results of scientific research with production with the aim to cope with advanced techniques.
A meeting of Arab higher education experts, meanwhile, kicked off in Alexandria Tuesday and will last for three days.
