HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, in his speech on this occasion, emphasized that the Government has always sought to implement the Kingdom of Bahrain\'s futuristic Economic Vision 2030. He said that the process of education is not the responsibility of a single entity or sector but a collective responsibility starting from a child\'s family which is the first building block then the Ministry of Education and the vocational training institutions, the media, all the relevant bodies, noting that all of these have more than any time before much more responsibility and duty in supporting education plans in order to embitter the lives of Bahraini citizens today, tomorrow and in future. He pointed out that whatsoever the advancement of curricula and equipment might be, without teachers all of these would remain deaf-dumb and lifeless and this is whence comes the essence of our genuine attention to this college and its graduates. He also said that ever since the EDB\'s President HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, inaugurated this college in November 2008, as part of the reform project initiated by HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, what we have accomplished today is ascribable to Government efforts led by HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister. The Minister of Education Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi in his speech thanked Deputy Premier HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalif for his kind patronage of the first graduation ceremony and his constant follow up of this college as a fruition of the National Project for Education and Training.
