She’s always had a slim, athletic frame, but recent snaps of Kate Middleton snapping up her honeymoon wardrobe on London’s trendy King’s Road, reveal just how much weight the once sporty silhouetted princess-to-be has lost. Popping into high street store Warehouse, where Kate bought four printed dresses – making a honeymoon somewhere warm, seem increasingly likely – 29-year-old Kate stunned onlookers with her super-slender frame, amid rumours she’s upped her workouts and cut out carbs from her diet. But sources claim the royal bride isn’t exercising to reach a Hollywood size zero, but that her high metabolism has seen her burning the calories – along with the stress of knowing an estimated two billion will watch her wed Prince William next week. \"Kate’s not on a diet,” insisted a source told US. “She’s not been trying to lose weight. She’s a healthy girl who loves her food and doesn’t count the calories. Because she’s always been rather sporty, her metabolism is naturally quite high.\" An avid rower, Kate is also said to love going for runs around her family’s estate, as well as hitting the treadmill at The Harbour Club in Chelsea, London, the gym where Princess Diana was famously a member. \"Kate enjoys exercise as a way of stress relief,\" said a pal. \"And we can’t imagine the nerves she must be going through ahead of the weeding. This is really a case of her post-wedding stress burning up all the calories!\"
