The Supreme Council for Women (SCW) has organized a visit to the Bahrain Businesswomen Society as part of a promotional campaign for the voluntary work record which was launched on Bahrain Woman Day 2010 for women societies and committees so as to encourage the civil society institutions to take part in it and document women\'s contributions to voluntary work. Participation forms were distributed during the visit. SCW Policies and Development Acting Director General Dr. Donia Ahmed presented a detailed account on the record and the main criteria followed in accepting applications. A documentary was also shown presenting information about the record.
