Apple releases iOS 7 upgrade overhauls design

Apple announced the new-look iOS 7 operating system Owners of certain iPhones, iPads or iPods saw some big changes Wednesday when they downloaded the iOS 7 upgrade U.S. tech giant Apple said changed everything .
Not only does the next version of its device software overhaul design, it also brings a host of new features, Apple said last week in advance of Wednesday\'s release. The applications have been redesigned and new features, such as the Control Center, make it easier to adjust the device\'s settings.
Apple\'s iOS 7 update is available to anyone with an iPhone 4 or higher, iPad 2 or above, iPad mini or the 5th generation iPod touch.
The iOS 7 introduces great new features such as Control Center, AirDrop for iOS, and smarter multitasking, Apple said, while making everyday tasks easier, simpler and more enjoyable.
